We are pleased to announce that REPOL, S.L. has reached an agreement with UBE Corporation Europe, the European subsidiary of UBE Industries, Ltd., by which they acquired a majority share participation in our society.

The integration of REPOL within the UBE Group will generate synergies that will bring process streamlines and the optimization of business management systems, positively and directly impacting the level of customer satisfaction.

Additionally, it will allow for complementing the portfolios of products and geographical markets. Likewise, logistics, acquisition of raw materials and improvement of productivity will be enhanced through collaboration between both companies. The acquisition of the company also opens up new possibilities in the field of R&D, especially in the area of plastic injection and extrusion as well as in the study of activities of circular economy and recycling.

REPOL will keep its legal entity, trade name and trade mark, as well as its original values of customer orientation, flexibility and responsiveness.

UBE Corporation Europe, has been since 1992 the subsidiary of the Japanese group UBE Industries, Ltd. for the Atlantic area (Europe, Latin America, North America, Africa and the Middle East).
